Gurinder Pal
Microsoft released an out-of-band upgrade for Windows Server to address the Remote Desktop problem that was inhibiting server connections. Platforms vulnerable were Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022. Microsoft has only issued two updates so far: KB5010196 for Windows Server 2019 and KB5010215 for Windows Server 2012 R2. Microsoft, on the other hand, has stated that it will provide updates for the remaining fixes "in the coming days." You will have to manually download and install the updates because this is an emergency release. Please keep in mind that the KB5010196 update is cumulative. As a result, you do not need to apply previous Windows Server updates to install it.
