SentinelOne's AI is able to deliver services such as prevention, protection, and response capabilities, which have now been extended to identity-based threats, increasing the bar for XDR and hastening commercial zero trust adoption. According to the terms of the agreement, SentinelOne will pay $616.5 million in cash and stock to acquire Attivo Networks. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of SentinelOne's fiscal year, subject to regulatory approval and other usual closing conditions.
